Can I really use Solo for free forever?
Yes. Solo is genuinely useful, not a frustrating demo. It's perfect for students, side projects, or your first client. No credit card required, ever.
What happens if I hit my project limit?
Solo allows unlimited clients but 1 active project; Freelancer raises that to 5, and Studio is unlimited. When you're ready for the next project, upgrading takes seconds and your data carries over.
Is there a free trial on the paid plans?
Yes. Freelancer and Studio both come with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being charged.
How do my clients pay me?
Every plan includes a public invoice page where clients can pay by card (Stripe) or PayPal, or you can simply share cash or bank-transfer instructions. Payments flow directly to you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts and no cancellation fees: downgrade to Solo or cancel completely from your billing settings whenever you like.
